It includes a heavy-duty Mechanical Rebar Cutter alongside an Automatic Rebar Bender. 1. Sarya (Rebar) Cutting Machine (Foreground)

• High-Torque Mechanical Shear: Engineered with a heavy-duty flywheel mechanism and hardened alloy steel blades that deliver clean, rapid cuts through thick rebar gauges without burrs.

• Rugged Cast-Iron & Steel Enclosure: The gear transmission system is completely enclosed in a robust, safety-coated orange steel housing to protect moving parts from dust, grit, and structural impact.

2. Sarya (Rebar) Bending / Binding Machine (Background)

• Rotary Multi-Hole Bending Plate: Features a heavy-duty, circular rotating steel turntable with multiple pin-placement holes. This allows operators to swap pin configurations easily to change bending radii and angles for various rebar diameters.

• Dual-Sided Linear Guide Rails: Equipped with heavy steel guide bars running parallel to the turntable, providing a solid backing to keep long rebar lengths perfectly straight during precision bends.

• Cabinet Enclosure with Integrated Motor: The high-torque electric motor and reduction gearbox are protected within a secure, box-style square cabinet chassis finished in an industrial orange coating.
